We use both Lab pros and at-home testers (particularly for pet stains, which require real application) who evaluate attributes like ease of use, clarity and completeness of directions and overall efficacy. Finally, Lab pros analyze ingredients to determine whether any safety labeling is required based on the ingredients of each product.
